Automate a warehouse.

Find a sneaker super-fast.

As Lead Product Designer, I translated semi-automated warehouse workflows into scalable, human-centred mobile and desktop tools, linking item identification, real-time tracking, and labelling into one seamless system.

The existing digital experience lacked structure, real-time updates, and fallback support, resulting in slow check-ins, paper-intensive processes, and tracking errors. After redesigning end-to-end flows and print assets (QR codes, manifests, and packing slips), we saw pick-up times accelerate by 37%, achieve 100% accuracy, boost item resale volume by 20%, and reduce printed manifests by 40%.

The redesign delivered a 37% faster check-in/pick-up process, 100% pick-up accuracy post-launch, a 20 %+ lift in item resale volume within weeks, and a 40% reduction in paper manifests, driving substantial weekly revenue gains and boosting team autonomy.

Good UX isn’t just about screens, and it’s about embedding simple, innovative tools into real-world workflows to scale operations with speed, confidence, and precision.
